# Uninstall

> Remove Laravelify from a server, completely or only the panel.

## Remove everything

```bash theme={null}
sudo bash /opt/laravelify/scripts/uninstall.sh
```

You are asked to type `uninstall` to confirm. The script stops and removes the panel, **every Laravelify site under `/var/www`**, their nginx files, workers and PM2 apps, the Cloudflare tunnels, and the packages the installer added (nginx, MySQL, Redis, PHP-FPM, Node.js, PM2, cloudflared). SSH stays open.

<Warning>
  This deletes your sites and databases. Back up `/var/www` and your MySQL databases first (`mysqldump --all-databases`).
</Warning>

## Remove only the panel

To keep your sites running without the panel:

```bash theme={null}
# Stop the panel's workers and remove their Supervisor programs
sudo supervisorctl stop laravelify-queue laravelify-scheduler
sudo rm -f /etc/supervisor/conf.d/laravelify-panel.conf /etc/supervisor/conf.d/laravelify-scheduler.conf
sudo supervisorctl reread && sudo supervisorctl update
# Remove the panel's nginx site and sudo rule
sudo rm -f /etc/nginx/sites-enabled/laravelify-panel.conf /etc/nginx/sites-available/laravelify-panel.conf
sudo rm -f /etc/sudoers.d/laravelify
sudo nginx -t && sudo systemctl reload nginx
# Remove the panel and its database
sudo rm -rf /opt/laravelify
sudo mysql -e "DROP DATABASE IF EXISTS laravelify;"
```

Sites keep their nginx files, workers, PM2 apps, and databases, but no longer deploy, monitor, or alert. Monitoring's request logs in `/var/log/laravelify` can be deleted, along with the `include /etc/nginx/laravelify-security/…` line in each site's nginx file if you remove that folder.
